Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To exercise your right of return, you must register your return within this time period.
For a return to be approved, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be in unchanged condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided.
How to Register a Return
1. Contact Us
To register a return contact us via the form on our website with your ordernummer.
2. Follow the Return Instructions
Once we have received your return request, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior approval from us.
3. Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue the refund, provided that all conditions are met. The refund will be made to your original payment method within 1–3 business days after the return has been approved.
Any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. For returns that are registered or received after the specified time period, a handling fee may apply in accordance with our return and refund policy.
Would you like to exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please return the item according to the steps above and place a new order once your return has been approved.
If the error is on our part (e.g., if you received the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping and may arrange a direct exchange. Contact us at info@rovior.se, and we will assist you!
Return Deadline After Registration
After registering your return request, you have 14 calendar days to return the item. The return must be handed over to a carrier and postmarked within these 14 days. This timeframe is intended to enable efficient return handling and ensure that returned products arrive in a current and resellable condition.
If the return is sent after the allowed period, we reserve the right to reject the return or charge a handling fee of 79 SEK. Please note that this fee is in addition to the standard return shipping cost of 49.99 SEK.
