Refunds
We aim to make your return experience as smooth and transparent as possible. Below you’ll find all the information on how refunds are handled, what costs apply, and what happens once your return has been registered and processed.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to register a return. The product must be returned in unchanged condition and in its original packaging where applicable. Damaged, used, or incomplete products may result in a deduction from the refund.

Returns must be registered and sent according to our instructions. Returns sent without registration may take longer to process.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you when it has been processed. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to complete the transaction.

The refund applies only to the returned product. Any fees, such as return shipping or additional charges, are non-refundable.

Return Shipping & Delivery
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee of 49.95 SEK, which is automatically deducted from the refund amount. The return package must be sent to our office in Stockholm, Sweden. Full return address and instructions will be provided once you have registered your return.

If the entire order is returned, any standard shipping fee from the original purchase will also be refunded. Additional services, such as express shipping, are non-refundable. If only part of an order is returned, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Return Requirements
For a return to be considered completed, the package must be handed over to a carrier and be traceable with a valid tracking number.

Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected by us. Returns that are not handed over to a carrier, lack tracking, or are not received by us are considered incomplete and are not eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it has been received by us. We recommend keeping your receipt until the return has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or make deductions if an incorrect item is returned or if parts are missing.

Late Returns
For returns where the shipment has not been handed over to a carrier within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a handling fee of 79 SEK.

Uncollected Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 149 SEK to cover shipping and handling costs.

If you refuse to accept your delivery, this will be treated as a return.

Product Complaints
Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To process a complaint, you must provide a clear description of the issue along with clear photos showing the problem (taken straight from the front). Please note that minor variations in placement, print, color, and material are normal in production and are not considered defects.

Assessment & Return
In some cases, we may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a complaint. We reserve the right to determine whether a return is required in each individual case. In certain situations, a refund or replacement may be offered without requiring a return, depending on the product and the nature of the case.

We do not offer partial refunds. For approved complaints, we offer either a replacement product or a full refund of the item’s value. Any reimbursement of shipping costs or additional fees will be made in accordance with applicable laws.

Rejected Complaints
If a returned product is not deemed defective after inspection, we reserve the right to deny a refund. The customer may then choose to have the product returned at their own shipping cost.

Promotions and Offers
For purchases that include promotions or special offers (e.g. “buy more – get one item free”), the following applies in case of returns:

If part of the order is returned and the conditions of the offer are no longer met, the discount will be adjusted afterward. This means that the value of any free or discounted items may be deducted from the refund.

To receive the highest possible refund, all items included in the promotion must be returned. Additional costs, such as return shipping, apply according to our terms.

Other
Returns of gift cards are unfortunately not accepted.
